Shift: 1^st shift – 6am-3:30pm

Pay: $18/hr

Position Summary:

The Aerospace Order Processor ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of industrial bolt and fastener orders for aerospace clients. This role requires meticulous attention to technical specifications, traceability documentation, and strict quality control standards.

Responsibilities:

• Input customer purchase orders into the system with 100% accuracy.
• Review part numbers, thread sizes, and bolt dimensions against client schematics.
• Check stock levels to allocate specific batches of fasteners for high-precision builds.
• Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and specialized packaging instructions for delicate or oversized components.
• Ensure all orders comply with standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in order processing, data entry, or inventory management, preferably within industrial hardware, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Exceptional ability to distinguish minute differences in part numbers, metric/standard measurements, and material grades (e.g., Titanium, Inconel, Alloy Steel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Standard office or climate-controlled warehouse office setting.
• Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer.
• Occasional lifting of small hardware boxes up to 20 lbs.
