Now Hiring: Experienced Forklift Operators

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators with 2-3 years of warehouse experience to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have reach truck experience, strong shipping and receiving knowledge, and the ability to work with warehouse management systems and other computer applications in a fast-paced environment.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
• Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $25.50/hour
• Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM Pay Rate: $26.25/hour

Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipments and inventory.
• Utilize warehouse systems and computer applications to process inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory control.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck forklift experience.
• Shipping and receiving experience required.
• Experience using computers and multiple software applications in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required.
• Ability to meet client hiring requirements, including a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Inventory control experience.
