Job Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines, including wheel, reciprocating, and shuttle equipment, to ensure the production of high-quality bottles.
• Follow quality control standards and established blow mold process procedures.
• Monitor production processes and assist with troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
• Perform bottle inspections, including drop tests on designated production lines.
• Inspect bottle quality throughout production, packaging, and labeling processes.
• Conduct audits, weight checks, and quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
• Make machine and process adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold machinery and supporting equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous molding experience required.
• Experience operating blow-mold, PET, or injection molding equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift.
