ProLogistix is hiring Cherry Picker Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and the potential for long-term employment. Pay & Schedule $1.50 increase after just 4 months!

Job Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, move, store, and replenish inventory
• Stationary packing 
• Load and unload products and materials
• Transport inventory throughout the warehouse
• Perform order picking and put-away functions
• Walk picking 
• Assist with palletizing, shrink wrapping, packing, and labeling as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of recent forklift experience 
• Cherry Picker and/or Reach Truck experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights REQUIRED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to meet productivity goals
• English proficiency required for safety communication and work instructions
