Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Lumper to support daily warehouse unloading, loading, and freight handling operations. This role requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Unload and load freight manually, including pallets, cartons, and mixed goods.

Break down, sort, and stage products according to warehouse procedures.

Assist with palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing freight for movement.

Work closely with forklift drivers, shipping/receiving staff, and warehouse leads to ensure accurate flow of materials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Follow all OSHA, warehouse safety, and company guidelines.

Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Experience in warehouse, lumping, general labor, or freight handling preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations.
