Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person or virtual interviews.
• Verify employment history, references, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Match candidate qualifications with client job openings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and assignment details for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and retention goals.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual (seeking fluent Spanish and English)
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience in staffing, recruiting
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Sales or business development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
