Whitestown, Clayton or Plainfield IN Pay: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour All Shifts Available

Local Company is hiring General Labor Associates to support our warehouse and distribution operations in Whitestown, Clayton and Plainfield Indiana. If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that keeps products moving throughout the supply chain, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a General Labor Associate, you'll help ensure the efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Load and unload products from trucks and trailers
• Sort, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Label and scan products using warehouse technology
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety
