Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Are you creative, organized, and customer-focused? We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our sales, marketing, customer service, and order processing operations.

Responsibilities:

? Assist with social media content, photos, videos, and marketing materials
? Communicate with customers and distributors by phone and email
? Support sales inquiries, quotes, and order follow-ups
? Process orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
? Coordinate freight shipments and provide tracking information
? Maintain accurate customer and order records
? Provide excellent customer service and professional communication

Qualifications:

? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
? Basic computer and social media skills
? Comfortable multitasking and following up on tasks
? Previous experience in sales support, customer service, marketing, or order processing preferred
? Warehouse, freight, or automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
