We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representatives to support warehouse and distribution operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate inbound and outbound activities for assigned accounts
- Process and enter customer orders accurately
- Run and print shipments from the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Generate stock reports and verify product availability
- Prepare order documentation and customer work orders
- Review orders for special requests and requirements
- Expedite and track orders as needed, providing updates to customers
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure service standards are met
- Verify customer information and ensure accurate invoicing
- Process returned merchandise and ensure proper customer credits are issued
Qualifications:
? Previous warehouse customer service, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
? Experience with WMS systems is a plus
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
