Concord, CA Pay Rate: $20/hr Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)

Position Overview

Select is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general material movement. This role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming materials

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Stage, label, and organize products in designated warehouse areas

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience preferred but not required depending on role)

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Support general warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving processes
