Job Opening: 2nd Shift Box Clamp Operator

We’re hiring a reliable Box Clamp Operator for 2nd shift. This role is responsible for safely operating clamp equipment to move, load, and stage freight while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate box clamp forklift to load/unload trailers and move product
• Perform accurate staging, scanning, and inventory handling
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Support production goals and meet daily performance expectations
• Work mandatory overtime during peak season (daily/weekly)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent clamp experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork
• Willingness to work required overtime

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift | Start: 4:00 PM
• Pay: $22/hr
• Overtime required during peak season
