Warehouse Production Lead (Bilingual)

Location: Surprise, AZ

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift (7AM-4PM)

Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime as needed

About the Role:

• We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Warehouse Production lead to support the performance, development, and success of associates within our warehouse operation.
• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily associate performance and productivity metrics.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to improve associate performance.
• Train and develop associates on job duties, processes, and best practices.
• Identify performance gaps and create coaching plans to drive improvement.
• Partner with leadership to address attendance, quality, and productivity concerns.
• Reinforce company safety standards and promote a culture of accountability.
• Recognize and celebrate associate achievements and positive performance.
• Maintain accurate coaching and performance records.
• Act as a resource and mentor for associates throughout their employment journey.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center experience required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence others in a positive manner
• .Comfortable working with performance metrics and operational goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must know Spanish
