Job Opening: HHP Assembler 2nd

Your role is critical in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of cooling systems for timely delivery.

Shift 2nd 1pm-9pm

Essential Functions: Read and understand work instructions and blueprints. Open, manipulate, and understand 3D computer models. Inspect the quality of coolers, steel parts, fans, drive components (e.g., bearings, bushings, sheaves, and shafts). Use corrective tools to make repairs and adjustments as needed. Locate and retrieve parts required for assembly .Move cooling packages between work areas using motorized cranes. Assemble and attach parts to the cooling package, following blueprint instructions and 3D models. Document that the unit has been assembled according to AKG and industry standards. Meet production quotas set by the Lead or Supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Develop and maintain knowledge of parts used in the assembly of High Horsepower Units. Report any issues to the supervisor or appropriate personnel promptly
