Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team on 1st shift. The Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong teamwork and attention to detail.

• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and diagrams.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
