Job Opening: Lead – Production & RMA

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Production & RMA Lead to oversee daily production operations and manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. This role is responsible for leading production staff, ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining quality standards, coordinating repairs and returns, tracking inventory, and providing timely updates to management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production team activities.
• Manage and process RMAs, including inspections, repairs, and documentation.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and other departments.
• Train team members and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or RMA operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season
