We are currently hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for multiple shifts at our St. Peters, MO facility. If you have experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment and are committed to safety, quality, and productivity, we want to hear from you.

Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift

• Monday through Thursday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• $20.28 per hour

Night Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• $22.78 per hour

Weekend Shift

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• $22.78 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, stock, and retrieve materials.
• Load and unload products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Pick and replenish orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
