Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations at multiple warehouse and distribution facilities throughout the St. Charles County area. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles.
• Sort, stage, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift or material handling experience is a plus.
