Pay & Schedule

• $21.00-$26.00/hr based on experience
• Louisville, Shepherdsville & Clermont, KY
• Multiple shifts available

What You'll Do

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and quality metrics
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Partner with management to achieve production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience managing employee performance and attendance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred
