Production Assembler I

The Production Assembler I is responsible for assembling high-quality products while meeting production goals, customer specifications, and delivery requirements. This role works under the direction of production leadership and follows established quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Use computer systems to review production schedules and update job status.
• Perform Go/No-Go testing and inspections following established procedures.
• Monitor product quality throughout the assembly process.
• Assist with training new team members and answering production-related questions.
• Perform material handling duties as needed.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams.
• Complete required documentation, records, and paperwork accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and housekeeping standards.
