Electronics Test Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team. Candidates must be flexible to work 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), including weekends and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot Static Switches, UPS systems, RPPs, and PDUs.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in high- and low-power electronic systems.
• Perform advanced testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
• Work with 600V-208V three-phase power applications.
• Support PCBA programming and testing activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report discrepancies or issues related to schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all 6S standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience testing and troubleshooting power distribution and backup power systems.
• Strong understanding of electronic test equipment and diagnostic procedures.
• Experience with high-power electrical applications and PCBA programming.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime.
