Electronics Test Technician
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team. Candidates must be flexible to work 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), including weekends and overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and troubleshoot Static Switches, UPS systems, RPPs, and PDUs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in high- and low-power electronic systems.
- Perform advanced testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
- Work with 600V-208V three-phase power applications.
- Support PCBA programming and testing activities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Process, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report discrepancies or issues related to schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all 6S standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience testing and troubleshooting power distribution and backup power systems.
- Strong understanding of electronic test equipment and diagnostic procedures.
- Experience with high-power electrical applications and PCBA programming.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime.
