Machine Operator – Manufacturing
Overnight Shift | $23.00/Hour | Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable overnight schedule and competitive pay? We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing quality plastic bottles in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift: Monday-Friday
Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to ensure quality production standards are met
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to meet product specifications
- Inspect bottles throughout the production process, including packaging and labeling
- Perform quality checks, audits, and weight verifications
- Conduct bottle inspections, including drop tests on designated production lines
- Troubleshoot process issues and assist in resolving equipment-related problems
- Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance on blow-mold and support equipment
- Follow quality control procedures and standard operating processes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing machine operating experience required
- Experience in blow molding, injection molding, or similar production environments preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Requirements
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required
- Ability to work the overnight schedule consistently
- Must adhere to all safety and quality standards

Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required for this position.
Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles. Adhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure. Introduction to troubleshooting and resolving process problems. Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines. Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging and labeling. Perform audits, weights and quality checks. Machines may vary by site. Make adjustments to meet product specifications. Troubleshoot and perform minor repair on blow-mold and support equipment.
