Forklift / Reach Truck Operator – Distribution Center in Minden, NV

Position Summary

This position contributes to the success of the operation by moving, storing, and replenishing products within the distribution center while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move product throughout the distribution center using forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Understand and actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment and preventing workplace incidents.
• Complete tasks accurately and thoroughly to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and productivity expectations.
• Follow all quality, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Utilize computerized inventory and order selection systems to track product movement and inventory.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory-related activities as needed.
• Support operational needs by working overtime when required, including on short notice.

Qualifications

• 1 year – Recent Forklift and Reach Truck experience required
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order selection systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.
