Machine Operator – 3rd Shift Available

ProLogitix/Employbridge is seeking experienced Machine Operators to safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00
Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am (Sunday – Thursday)

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload paper materials for each job
• Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairs
• Perform daily safety and compliance checks
• Troubleshoot issues and correct defects promptly
• Report equipment or production issues to leadership immediately
• Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense standards

Requirements:

• Proven mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb ladders
• Must provide own tools (per required list)
• Wear hard-soled leather work boots covering foot and ankle
• Manufacturing experience preferred
