Machine Operator – 1st Shift Available

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload paper materials for each job
• Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairs
• Perform daily safety and compliance checks
• Ensure machines consistently produce high-quality products
• Troubleshoot issues and correct defects promptly
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• Report equipment or production issues to leadership immediately
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and LOTO requirements
• Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb ladders
• Must provide own tools (per required list)
• Wear hard-soled leather work boots covering foot and ankle
• Strong communication skills and quality focus
• Manufacturing experience preferred
