Location: Twin Cities Metro Area, MN

Pay: $30.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch: 12:00 PM-1:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to oversee daily incoming and outgoing shipments in a fast-paced, small warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable supporting both warehouse operations and general office functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving Operations

• Coordinate and process all inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare packages, shipping documents, and bills of lading
• Ensure shipments are accurately labeled and prepared for transport
• Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies as needed
• Work closely with carriers including FedEx and UPS

Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Assist with inventory control and inventory accuracy (preferred)
• Monitor incoming materials and outgoing products
• Maintain an organized warehouse and shipping area
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits when needed

International & Domestic Shipping

• Coordinate domestic shipments through FedEx and UPS
• Assist with international shipping documentation and requirements (preferred)
• Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and company standards

Administrative & Office Support

• Assist with general office and administrative duties
• Maintain shipping records and related documentation
• Support communication between warehouse, operations, and office staff
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms required
• International shipping experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
