We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Dock Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Tacoma. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient dock operations, accurate order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Tacoma, WA.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM .
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Employment Type: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire.

Minimum Requirements

Warehouse experience – 1-2 years in dock or fulfillment operations preferred.
Education – High School Diploma or GED required.
Equipment skills – Forklift certification preferred; ability to operate pallet jacks and other dock equipment.
Physical ability – Capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and standing/walking for extended periods.
Attention to detail – Strong accuracy in order picking, documentation, and shipment verification.
Dependability – Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
