Job Opening: Sanitation

Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around company facilities. Primary Duties: -Clean warehouse utilizing a variety of equipment and products . Remove all refuse from offices and building daily. Repair damaged pallets. Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots. Wash and sweep inside of trailers. Clean break room and work areas. Maintain exterior property, keeping it clean and orderly. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Key Relationships: Peers-Coordinate with peers in order to complete sanitation duties accurately and safely. Group Coord Lead-Receive work assignments. Management-Receive direction for adhering to company policies, practices, and procedures. Qualifications: Essential– Ability to obtain forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment. 0-six months general warehouse experience. Ability to operate a variety of powered equipment in a safe manner. Basic familiarity with general warehousing. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to work specified shifts. Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules. Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions. Desirable-High school diploma or equivalent. Working Conditions: Rarely (0-2%) pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, climbing and kneeling. Occasional (3-33%) sitting. Constant (67-100%) walking, standing, vision (Near, far, depth, and peripheral
