Job Opening: Forklift Operator

Description

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets, lumber, and materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper stacking, pallet alignment, and load stability.
• Supply production lines with pallets and retrieve finished pallets for staging or shipment.
• Transport damaged pallets to repair stations and move completed pallets to designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate counts of pallets moved, staged, or loaded based on company tracking procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections (fluids, tires, forks, safety features) and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety protocols, including speed limits, PPE requirements, and equipment operation guidelines

Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment. Ability to safely operate a forklift to move, stack, load, and unload pallets and materials throughout the facility.
