Looking for experienced forklift drivers for 1st and 2nd shift. minimum 2 year RECENT experience

PERFORMANCE TO HIRE
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers according to company procedures.
- Move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming products and put away inventory in designated locations.
- Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and shipment documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment preferred.
- Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working at heights when operating elevated equipment, if required.
