Warehouse Lead

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay: $24.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the team. This role requires someone who can confidently run the warehouse when management is unavailable and lead by example on the floor.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse leadership or lead experience
• Experience with:
  • Cycle counts
  • Inventory control and discrepancy resolution
  • Location management and slotting
  • Receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping processes
• Ability to coach and support warehouse associates
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience using a WMS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations
• Ensure inventory accuracy and process compliance
• Monitor workflow and productivity
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment
