What You’ll Do

As the Packaging Dock Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams while helping keep dock operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipment activities
• Schedule and manage shipping and receiving appointments
• Conduct driver check-in and check-out processes
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments
• Monitor dock schedules to ensure timely loading and unloading
• Resolve shipment-related issues and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within company systems
• Walk the dock regularly to support operations and identify potential issues

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to spend time on the warehouse floor and move throughout the dock area
