We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to support daily operations and guide a fast-paced logistics team.

Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and monitor productivity
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain safety, quality, and inventory accuracy
• Communicate shift updates and staffing concerns

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or logistics experience required
• Lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable using basic computer systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
