Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: 77061

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

ProLogistix is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a facility in the 77061 area. We are seeking a mechanically inclined professional with maintenance experience to support equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems
• Install, align, dismantle, and relocate industrial equipment and conveyors
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Lubricate, clean, and maintain machinery
• Perform general building maintenance
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report safety concerns and complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Millwright Certificate required
• 2-3 years of industrial maintenance or automotive mechanic experience
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
• Knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, welding equipment, packaging machinery, and power tools
• Forklift, Skyjack, Fall Arrest, and CWB certifications preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and in confined spaces
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
