ProLogistix is now hiring Air Operations Coordinators for a freight forwarding company in Greer, SC!

We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented associates to support air freight and transportation operations through shipment coordination, communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment.

Position Details

• Location: Greer, SC
• Shift: Day Shift
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday (Tentative)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay: $21.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air operations activities and monitor shipment movement.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and transportation partners via email and phone.
• Navigate warehouse operations to gather information and communicate shipment updates with team members.
• Track flight schedules and monitor shipment status to ensure timely movement of freight.
• Utilize Excel-based systems and Outlook to manage operational reporting and communication.
• Maintain accurate records and update shipment information as needed.
• Troubleshoot and escalate shipment issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to support service and operational goals.
• Support additional logistics and operational functions as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.
• Comfortable working both in an office environment and within a warehouse setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Air freight or transportation experience preferred, but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
