Job Responsibilities

• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, clerical, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to accurately process high-volume customer orders, including products, quantities, pricing, customer information, shipping details, and special instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review orders, identify discrepancies, and make corrections before processing.
• Ability to maintain accurate system records, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including some Excel and Word.
