We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support team performance. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for coordinating workflow, ensuring safety and productivity standards are met, maintaining inventory accuracy, and serving as a key point of contact between warehouse associates and management.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, warehouse experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Support

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity goals are achieved.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Promote a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
• Support management with staffing and operational planning.

High school diploma or GED.

2+ years of warehouse experience.

1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or lead experience.

Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications.
