2nd Shift Lift Truck Operator (Stand-Up Reach Truck)

Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Pay: $22.67/hour ($21.17 Base Rate + $1.50 Shift Premium)

We are seeking experienced 2nd Shift Lift Truck Operators to join a clean, safety-focused, and team-oriented warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values accountability, teamwork, and pride in workmanship.

Position Overview

Operators will primarily operate Raymond Deep Reach Stand-Up Reach Trucks in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves moving full pallet loads throughout the warehouse, including outbound staging, unloading, and put-away activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond stand-up deep reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick and stage full pallet loads for outbound shipments
• Unload inbound freight and complete rack put-away assignments
• Utilize RF scanners and onboard computer systems to manage inventory movements
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Assist with lifting materials up to 50 pounds when required
