Order Fulfillment Lead – Warehouse

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
Shift: 2nd Shift

Lead, train, and cross-train warehouse team members
Delegate and oversee daily order fulfillment activities while ensuring SLA requirements are met
Work closely with the Supervisor to plan staffing and labor needs based on forecasts and client requirements
Perform hands-on warehouse duties, including picking, packing, scanning, and tagging
Support general warehouse operations as needed
Ensure team members follow established safety rules, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor work to ensure assignments are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work and storage areas
Help the team meet daily productivity, quality, and operational goals

2+ years of warehouse or light industrial experience
Previous Lead or Team Lead experience preferred
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work with minimal direction
Ability to lead and delegate work effectively
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs or ladders as needed
Comfortable working around elevated areas/heights
Comfortable working in warehouse conditions that may include dust, noise, odors, heat, and cold
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
