Job Opening: DTC Warehouse Lead

The DTC Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading the daily execution of Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment operations while driving safety, quality, service, productivity, and continuous improvement. This hands-on leadership role coordinates workflow, balances labor, resolves operational issues, and coaches associates to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.The Lead is expected to identify process improvement opportunities, implement approved operational changes, and lead by example by working alongside the team to achieve daily goals.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESOperations – Coordinate daily Picking, Packing, Hotline, Replenishment, Shipping, Returns, and VAS activities. – Prioritize workload and balance labor to meet daily shipping and productivity goals. – Monitor workflow, remove bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with SOPs. – Provide hands-on operational support, including operating warehouse equipment as needed.Leadership – Direct, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates. – Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities and safety expectations. – Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. – Escalate performance or operational concerns to supervision.
