Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight, organizing materials, and supporting shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual labor.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Sort, stage, and organize pallets and materials on the dock.
• Verify shipping documents, including packing slips and manifests.
• Secure freight using shrink wrap, straps, and other materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and report damaged goods or discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or dock experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and hardworking.
