Job Opening: Reach Truck & Cherry Picker Operators

We’re hiring skilled Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Operators to support warehouse operations in Midway. This role requires accuracy, safety, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts & Pay:

• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM — $21.00/hr
• 3:00 PM–11:30 PM — $22.50/hr
• 10:00 PM–6:30 AM — $22.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product and materials
• Use handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Follow 7S standards and maintain a clean work area
• Commit to process excellence and quality policies
• Perform inbound receiving processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
• Certified in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Flexible schedule with overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50 lbs frequently, 75+ lbs occasionally
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, pull
• Stand, sit, or walk for long periods
• Use hands/fingers to handle tools and equipment
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments

• Good communication with leadership and peers
• High school diploma or equivalent
