💲 $22.00/hour

🕒 Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

? Overtime available as needed

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse team members throughout the shift
• Monitor workflow and ensure daily productivity goals are met
• Assist with training and coaching team members on procedures and safety practices
• Help resolve operational issues and maintain an efficient work environment
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies
• Communicate with supervisors regarding team performance, production, and staffing needs
• Step in to assist team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Operate a standup forklift to unload, move, and load products safely and efficiently
• Wrap pallets and prepare shipments
• Hand unload containers as needed

? Standup forklift experience required

? Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred

? Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
