We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team in the St. Peters, Missouri area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and multiple shift options.

Available Shifts & Pay

Day Shift

• Pay: $20.28/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Night Shift

• Pay: $22.78/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Weekend Shift

• Pay: $22.78/hour
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
• Move, locate, stack, and stage products and materials
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Pick orders accurately and meet productivity goals
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck or forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
