ProLogistix is seeking skilled Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for career opportunities in Northeast Columbia, SC!
Tool & Die experience is also being considered for some of these current openings.
Pay: $28.00–$40.00/hr (DOE)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
The Maintenance Technician will maintain and repair manufacturing machinery, facilities, and related equipment, including automated and computerized controls.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs using schematics and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot and repair drive-related issues for Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, and other controllers.
- Determine root causes of equipment failures and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance independently and document activities.
- Communicate equipment status and repair needs with team and supervisors.
- Coordinate with outside service providers for equipment installation and repair.
- Create sketches or diagrams for mechanical/electrical alterations.
- Prepare material lists and initiate purchase requisitions.
- Operate hoists, lifts, forklifts, and other handling equipment safely.
- Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
Must be skilled with industrial machinery and able to read schematics and blueprints.
Ability to work independently and with a team to troubleshoot and resolve work orders
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred.
Knowledge and experience with complex electrical repairs OR mechanical repairs OR tool & die
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand/stoop/crouch/bend/twist as needed for length of a shift
