Job Opening: Production Materials Picker

Employbridge is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Materials Picker to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and preparing materials for production and customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.66 per hour

Location: Buford

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick parts and materials using pick tickets, work orders, or scanners.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations before pulling inventory.
• Stage materials for production and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Package and label materials according to company standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Support receiving, shipping, and other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, picking, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and pick lists.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
