Inbound Operations Coordinator | Aurora, CO | Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring an Inbound Operations Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced distribution center.

Pay: $24/hour

Schedule: Mon–Thu, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Aurora, CO

Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate inbound receiving, container unloading, staging, and put-away
• Direct workflow for temporary labor during inbound operations
• Maintain accurate inventory locations, transfers, and ERP/WMS records
• Perform cycle counts, spot audits, and research inventory discrepancies
• Replenish pick locations and organize overstock using FIFO
• Support warehouse space planning and high-volume inbound freight
• Assist with shipping and warehouse operations as needed
• Help identify and improve warehouse processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of warehouse and/or inventory experience
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must pass drug testing
