Warehouse Associate | Aurora, CO | Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced distribution facility.
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; overtime expected based on workload
Location: Aurora, CO
Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Perform hands-on warehouse duties throughout the majority of the shift
- Operate an order picker/cherry picker and electric pallet jack as needed; equipment operation typically makes up about 20% of the workday
- Load/unload products and complete warehouse put-aways
- Move and organize products throughout the facility
- Break down boxes and dispose of materials using a trash compactor
- Work with the team to meet daily productivity goals
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift/order picker experience is a plus; training provided
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Strong time-management and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work and overtime as needed
