Job Opening: Production Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for monitoring production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards.

• Pay: $19/hr
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, etc.)
• Location: Sumner, Wa

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment operation
• Safety compliance
• Quality systems – Understand and comply with QDS, SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Machine learning – Actively learn machine operations and apply knowledge to meet performance standards.
• Changeovers & cleaning
• Documentation – Perform verification activities in COLOS, PeopleSoft, SAP, MES, Trackwise, and paper records to ensure timely release.

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality systems (QDS, SQF, GMP, HACCP).
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with documentation systems and software packages.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
