Order Puller / Warehouse Associate (Parcel & LTL Shipping)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Puller/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately pulling, verifying, and preparing customer orders for shipment through both Parcel and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers using an RF scanner. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pull and stage customer orders accurately using an RF scanner (RF gun).
• Verify product quantities, descriptions, and locations before shipment.
• Pack and prepare orders for Parcel and LTL shipments.
• Label and route shipments according to carrier requirements.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using RF technology.
• Consolidate and palletize orders for LTL shipments.
• Ensure all orders are processed and shipped according to daily schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners/RF guns required.
• Knowledge of Parcel and LTL shipping processes
