Job Opening: B550 -Maintenance Housekeeping

Janitorial / Facilities Support Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility. Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Saturdays: Mandatory when scheduled, based on customer demand and weekly volume requirements

Starting Pay:

• $17.00 

• Clean and sanitize main office areas, including workspaces, conference rooms, hallways, entrances, and common areas.
• Maintain the breakroom by cleaning surfaces, wiping tables, emptying trash, and ensuring supplies are stocked and organized.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, including replenishing paper products, soap, and other essential supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform general housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and restroom supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets and janitorial equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while handling cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist with facility setup and cleanup for meetings, special events, or company functions as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or facility issues to management promptly.
• Support additional operational tasks and building needs as assigned to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
